Brought to you by the University Rotary Club Foundation
Our annual Crawfish Boil fundraiser is coming up on September 30th!
Since 1990 the University Rotary Club has held our annual The Crawfish Boil. A reason for the success of The Crawfish Boil is simple: every year we bring together great food, great music, cold drinks and great friends which equals one great time.
This year, over 3,000 people are expected to attend. We will prepare over a ton of live Louisiana crawfish, 1,000 servings of crawfish etouffee, over 200 pounds of andouille sausage, potatoes, over 800 ears of corn, soft drinks and plenty of ice cold refreshments! If that wasn’t enough, The Crawfish Boil wouldn’t be complete without great live music.

The proceeds from annual Crawfish Boil enable us to fund a variety of health, humanitarian, and youth service programs throughout our local community and the broader world. This is our primary annual fundraising program and we appreciate your community support.
